Spice wine and garrigue honey make up this festive wine very widespread in the Middle Ages.

It was served at the end of the great banquets and used by the knights as toning.

Hypocras was consumed as coffee today, for its stimulating, digestive and maybe even aphrodisiacs!

The Domaine du Cardona delivers there its adaptation while respecting the historical coherence with: A selection of the best wines of the Terroir of the Corbières, the garrigue honey strongly perfumed and a selection of spices of Orient.

It is best served chilled at 4°C as an aperitif, with cheese, desserts or as an evening wine.

Also used in the kitchen for de-icing and marinades.
