60g sachet of spices for homemade Hypocras with or without alcohol.
For over 18s:
For 4 to 5 litres of red, rosé or white wine, macerate for a minimum of 3 to 5 days.
Once filtered, add 100g honey/litre or 200g sugar and adjust to taste.
Store in a bottle or jug in the fridge to prolong the pleasure for 10 days.
For a non-alcoholic version, you can macerate this blend in apple or grape juice, or lemonade.
Blend composition: Cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, black pepper, juniper, cloves.
